Worship Team
MISSION
To lead others into the presence of God through Christ-centered worship, creating an atmosphere where hearts are prepared to encounter Him and lives are changed.
What We Do
Our Worship Team leads the church family in Christ-centered worship through music and song. We serve together to create an atmosphere that helps people focus their hearts on God, experience His presence, and respond to Him in worship.

Tech, Sound & Media Team
Mission
To use technology, sound, and media to support worship, communicate the Gospel clearly, and help create an environment where people can connect with God both in person and online.
What We Do
Our Technology, Sound & Media Team works behind the scenes to help every service run smoothly and effectively. From managing sound and presentation screens to livestreaming, video, and other technology, this team helps make sure the message of Jesus is seen, heard, and shared—both inside and beyond the walls of the church.

Children's Ministry Team
Our Mission
To empower children of all ages to be part of “The Kingdom Krewe” for Christ by nurturing their spiritual development and growth while teaching God’s Word in a fun, loving, and engaging environment.
What We Do
Our Children’s Ministry Team helps children know Jesus, grow in their faith, and discover that they have a place in God’s Kingdom. Through Bible lessons, activities, worship, games, and meaningful relationships, we create a safe and exciting environment where kids can learn God’s Word, experience His love, and build a foundation of faith that will last a lifetime.

Youth Ministry Team
Nursery Team
Our Mission
To provide a safe, nurturing, and loving environment where our youngest children experience God’s love through care, play, and age-appropriate ministry, allowing parents to worship with confidence and peace of mind.
What We Do
Our Nursery Team lovingly cares for young children during church services and activities. Through play, songs, simple Bible truths, and attentive care, we create a safe and welcoming environment where little ones are loved and cared for while their parents worship and grow in their faith.
When We Serve
Our Nursery Team serves during our regular weekly gatherings:
Sundays: Beginning at 10:15 AM
Wednesdays: Beginning at 5:45 PM
Team members serve on a rotating schedule, so you won’t necessarily serve every week.
Greeters Team
Our Mission
Together, we invite, believe in, and encourage our members and visitors to become actively engaged in the growth of Christ’s ministry. Through our actions and love for one another, we create a welcoming environment that people are excited to experience and invite others to be a part of.
What We Do
Our Greeters Team is often the first smile and first connection someone experiences at NBC. We welcome members and guests, help people find where they need to go, answer questions, and create an atmosphere that says, “We’re glad you’re here, and you belong.”
When We Serve
Sundays: Beginning at 10:00 AM
Team members serve on a rotating schedule and arrive early so we’re ready to welcome people as they come through the doors.

Outreach Team
Our Mission
To spread the Gospel beyond the walls of the church, impacting and transforming our community with the promises of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and helping guide people toward His loving embrace.
What We Do
Our Outreach Team takes the love of Jesus outside the church walls and into our community. Through community outreach, special projects, personal connections, acts of service, and sharing the Gospel, we look for opportunities to meet people where they are, demonstrate the love of Christ, and invite them into a life-changing relationship with Jesus.
When We Serve
Outreach opportunities take place throughout the year and vary depending on community needs, projects, and special events.

Dinner Club
Our Mission
To build a strong community of support and friendship for those 50 and over, sharing our wisdom, time, and fellowship while growing together in Christ.
What We Do
Our Dinner Club provides opportunities for adults 50+ to connect, build friendships, laugh, share life, and enjoy fellowship together. Through dinners, gatherings, outings, and special activities, we create a place where relationships are strengthened, memories are made, and no one has to walk through this season of life alone.
When We Gather
Dinner Club gatherings and activities are scheduled throughout the year, with dates and details announced in advance.

Table of Grace - Meal & Care Team
Our Mission
To share the love of Jesus by providing meals, care, and encouragement to individuals and families during seasons of need—serving love, one meal at a time.
What We Do
Table of Grace provides practical care to individuals and families during times when a little extra help can make a big difference. Whether someone is welcoming a new baby, recovering from surgery or illness, grieving the loss of a loved one, or walking through a difficult season, our team comes alongside them with meals, encouragement, and the love of Christ.
When We Serve
Serving opportunities arise throughout the year as needs become known. Team members can help by preparing meals, purchasing meals, delivering food, or assisting with coordinating care. You don't have to be available for every need—simply serve when you're able.
Our Heart
Sometimes one of the simplest ways we can say “You are loved, and you are not alone” is by showing up with a meal.

Kitchen Team
Our Mission
To serve with a Christlike heart by creating opportunities for fellowship around the table, providing meals in an atmosphere that honors God, strengthens relationships, and brings our church family closer together.
What We Do
Our Kitchen Team serves our church family by preparing, serving, and coordinating meals for Wednesday night suppers, special events, fellowships, and other church gatherings. More than simply preparing food, this team helps create a welcoming environment where people can share a meal, build relationships, and experience the love of Christ through hospitality.
When We Serve
Serving opportunities include Wednesday night suppers, church-wide fellowships, special events, and other gatherings throughout the year. Team members can help with food preparation, serving, setup, and cleanup based on their availability.
Our Heart
We believe ministry happens around the table. Every meal served is another opportunity to serve people, strengthen relationships, and show the love of Jesus.

Our Mission
To provide Christ-centered event planning and coordination that creates unforgettable memories, meaningful fellowship, and opportunities for spiritual growth, while providing a welcoming environment for our church family and community.
What We Do
Our Event Team helps plan, organize, coordinate, and bring church events to life. From special celebrations and church-wide gatherings to community events and fellowship opportunities, this team works behind the scenes to make sure the details come together and every event provides an opportunity to connect people, strengthen relationships, and point others toward Christ.
When We Serve
Serving opportunities vary throughout the year based on our church calendar and upcoming events. Team members may assist with planning, organizing, setup, coordination during events, and cleanup.

We believe church events are more than activities on a calendar—they are opportunities to build relationships, create memories, welcome our community, and grow together as the family of God.

Decorations Team
Our Mission
To create a welcoming, inviting, and beautiful atmosphere that helps prepare hearts to receive from God through fellowship, praise, worship, and service.
What We Do
Our Decorations Team uses creativity and attention to detail to help make our church spaces warm and inviting. From seasonal and holiday decorating to special events, fellowships, and ministry gatherings, this team helps create environments where people feel welcomed, comfortable, and ready to connect with God and one another.
When We Serve
Serving opportunities vary throughout the year based on seasons, holidays, special events, and church activities. Team members may help with planning, decorating, setup, changing seasonal décor, and taking decorations down.
Our Heart
We believe the atmosphere of a space can communicate something before a word is ever spoken. Our desire is to use creativity to make people feel welcome, honor God, and help create an environment where ministry can happen.
Buildings and Grounds Team
Our Mission
Through a well-kept, safe, clean, and visually welcoming facility, we help create a church home where people feel comfortable coming together, encountering Christ, and growing in their faith.
What We Do
Our Buildings & Grounds Team helps care for and maintain the church property inside and out. From routine maintenance and minor repairs to lawn care, landscaping, cleanup, and improvement projects, this team uses practical skills and willing hands to help keep our facilities safe, functional, and inviting.
When We Serve
Serving opportunities are available throughout the year and vary based on current needs and projects. Whether you have construction, repair, landscaping, maintenance, or general handyman skills—or simply a willingness to help—there is a place to serve.
Our Heart
We believe taking care of God’s house is ministry. By creating a place that is safe, cared for, and welcoming, we help prepare an environment where people can come through the doors and experience the love of Jesus.

Security Team
Our Mission
To provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment where everyone can worship, serve, and encounter God with peace of mind.
What We Do
Our Security Team serves quietly and attentively to help protect our church family, guests, children, and facilities during services and special events. Team members help monitor entrances and church grounds, respond appropriately when needs arise, and work together to maintain an environment that is both secure and welcoming.
When We Serve
Our Security Team serves during Sunday worship services, Wednesday activities, and special church events. Team members serve on a rotating schedule and receive information and training regarding their responsibilities.
Our Heart
Security ministry is about more than watching doors—it is about serving people. Our goal is to remain prepared and attentive while allowing everyone who enters NBC to focus on worship, fellowship, and experiencing God without unnecessary distraction or concern.
